Problem: The device is silent. I feel calm. This is known as the “Calm Before” error. Gently tap the side of the unit. It will recall a minor work email from two weeks ago that you forgot to reply to. Normal anxiety will resume. The LED will flash (baseline anxiety), then Yellow
