The truth is horrifying. Zamasu, a prodigy who despises mortals for their violence, used the Super Dragon Balls to switch bodies with Goku, killing the real Goku and his family. He then traveled to Trunks’s timeline and murdered the Gods of Destruction and Supreme Kais there, ensuring no one could stop him. Through a ritual requiring the energy of five pure-hearted Saiyans, Goku achieves the divine transformation: .
