Open Settings → Tap General management .

If prompted, enter your PIN, password, or pattern. Open Settings → Tap General management
When the Samsung logo appears, release only the Power button (keep holding Volume Up ). enter your PIN
Use the Volume Down button to navigate to Wipe data/factory reset .
Release Volume Up once the Android Recovery menu appears (blue screen with yellow text).
