I just picked up an older alloy analyzer. It powers on, but I don’t have the original user manual. I’ve searched Thermo’s website (looks like they’ve purged legacy docs for this model) and tried the usual manual libraries, but no luck.
I’ll watch for your Archive.org link. If anyone needs the in the future, reply here and I’ll forward the PDF once I have it.
Alternatively, are the similar enough? I found an XLt 800 manual online, but the 898 is the higher-energy model (silicon drift detector vs. Si-PIN?).
