Kevin’s psychiatrist, Dr. Karen Fletcher, believes she is treating a cooperative system of 23 distinct identities. Unbeknownst to her, a 24th personality—a superhuman, feral entity known only as "The Beast"—is gestating, and Dennis is desperately preparing the girls as "food" for its arrival.
