The last album with original guitarist Hillel Slovak. It’s frantic, aggressive, and drenched in the sweaty punk clubs of Hollywood. Tracks like Fight Like a Brave hint at the energy to come, but the record is haunted by the tragedy that followed: Slovak’s overdose later that year almost ended the band.
